Appley Teams up with Hermes in Eastern Venture

In a venture with Appley Properties Hermes Real Estate on behalf of Britel Pension Trustees has acquired the freehold interest of both Cityside and Challenger London E1. The combined properties total 110,000 sq ft. Cityside and offer real potential to substantially increase floorspace. Challenger has been let to design hotel group – Qbic Hotels on along lease.
